Defective item? We've got you.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll sort it — no stress. We review every case personally and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.

To raise a return, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video clearly showing the issue. Once we've reviewed your evidence and approved the return, we'll cover the return shipping and issue you a full refund.

Please note that we're unable to accept returns for change of mind — only items with a genuine defect or damage qualify. We appreciate your understanding, as every BlkWidow piece is made by hand with care.
